Led core business functions—including marketing, product development, finance, and operations—in close partnership with the Founder. Pioneered the launch of a digital-first clean energy brand with values-driven growth and DE&I leadership
Led the end-to-end development of the first digital-first clean energy subscription service—shaping brand and product positioning, visual identity, customer experience, and integrated omnichannel marketing. Guided the company’s B Corp certification and built a DE&I platform that advanced cultural alignment, regulatory compliance, and long-term mission-driven growth.
Built the most recognized cannabis brand through national advertising, integrated marketing, and in-house agency leadership
As Chief Marketing Officer, led all marketing for the nation’s leading cannabis retailer—across in-store, digital, delivery, and experiential channels—and built the brand’s first in-house agency. Launched the industry’s first national advertising campaign, navigating hyper-local regulations to cement MedMen as the most recognized and trusted name in cannabis.
Repositioned the brand, launched a U.S. go-to-market strategy, and secured the company’s first B2B client.
Recruited by the CEO of a data-driven digital experience company to lead global expansion and introduce a new SaaS offering across the U.S. and Europe. Built and scaled cross-functional teams, refreshed global brand positioning, and developed GTM strategies to accelerate international traction and market penetration.
